- BenchAnalyze and present the pros and cons of various retirement and profit-sharing plans, including the tax consequences
- Assist with the design and implementation of executive compensation plans, including:
- Stock options - qualified and non-qualified
- Phantom stock, stock appreciation and similar
- Deferred compensation
- Incentive compensation
- Determine the correct accounting for deferred compensation plans funded with life insurance
- Prepare feasibility analysis for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) including financial projections with different purchase assumptions, evaluating the balance sheet and cash flow impact for a leveraged ESOP, and meeting with banks to discuss financing alternatives and with Boards of Directors to summarize advantages and disadvantages of a proposed ESOP
