- Develop company-wide gain-sharing incentive plans where a percentage of profits above target levels are shared with employees
- Determine the effect of compensation plans on net income
- Assemble compensation data on current salary levels for various positions and advise clients on compensation packages for current and new employees
Placement Services
- Assist in developing clear definitions and selection criteria for employment opportunities
- Write and place classified and other ads describing opportunities, screen resumes, interview candidates and evaluate candidate for clients
Personnel Evaluation and Appraisal
- Advise clients on capabilities and performance of accounting finance staff
Outsourcing/Temporary Assistance
- Provide temporary accounting assistance to clients when personnel shortages occur
Training
- Represent manufacturing clients in applying for training funds exceeding $100,000 from the State of California Employment Training Panel
