Tax Manager

We are currently looking for a full-time client service manager to join our team. We are looking for bright, energetic, well-rounded individuals with three to seven years of experience.

Applicants should have demonstrated abilities in the following areas:
• Work well with others
• Commitment to client service
• Willing to learn and to accept new challenges
• Great communication skills

Flexibility is important. Our team members provide accounting, tax and consulting services to clients, tending to have either an accounting or a tax emphasis. A Masters degree in tax (or current enrollment) is a plus. A&A experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing excellent, timely services to clients
• Training, coaching, mentoring, inspiring and assessing performance of the team
• Insuring deadlines are met
• Constantly improving your knowledge base

• Ability and desire to learn
• Experience providing financial services to businesses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work hard when necessary
